Shipping and Returns

1. SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic: We offer free express shipping above a certain order value. Please allow the following number of days as mentioned in receipt of your order.

DELIVERY FOR PREPAID ORDERS:
STANDARD - 1 week for all international shipments (7 Working Days).
EXPRESS - 2-3 days for all cities. (Additional 2-3 days may be required for remote areas.)
1 week for all international shipments (7 Working Days).

Please note : Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not physically available to sign for the delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. The Farmhands Collective takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

The Farmhands collective is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

2. RETURN POLICY

We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt.

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition.

Postage will not be refunded.

Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any product on sale, or a product that has been opened and/or used. The Farmhands Collective is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

a. Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and checking by our Team. If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with product images and the batch number, within 7 days of the delivery. We shall take 48-72 hours to perform a quality check. If the product passes the quality test, we shall initiate return/exchange process. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

b. Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.

c. An item is eligible for return if it fulfills any of the following conditions :-
ā€¢ Sold in a physically damaged condition.
ā€¢ Has missing parts or accessories.
ā€¢ Product packaging not opened, product not used.
