Products are packed in sturdy handcuff foam and hard boxes. Fragile items are wrapped with bubble wrap to ensure safety.

For unshipped pre-paid orders, refunds are processed within 24 hours and reflect in 10 business days. Delivered orders are subject to our Return Policy.

Orders are delivered in 2–3 business days. Remote locations may take an additional 1–2 days.

What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?

Contact Customer Care within 24 hours and send an unboxing video by email for resolution.
