Products are packed in sturdy handcuff foam and hard boxes. Fragile items are wrapped with bubble wrap to ensure safety.

For unshipped pre-paid orders, refunds are processed within 24 hours and reflect in 10 business days. Delivered orders are subject to our Return Policy.

Orders are delivered in 2–3 business days. Remote locations may take an additional 1–2 days.

What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?

Also called as ZAFRAN-E-SAR-GOL, Monger is the most expensive saffron because of its superior quality, longer stigma, flavour and deep red colour. Kashmiri Mongra Saffron is more sought-after than other varieties. On top of that, it requires the tedious handpicking of the Mongra portion of the blossom, which is then delicately sun-dried to intensify the flavour - a process so labour intensive that saffron is the most expensive spice in the world.
